This includes our one on one mentoring program that will get you started with clients quick and utilize our incredible marketing reach and high lead generation!This is a high volume outside sales position, we provide you the leads and the clients. Current Realtors on our team (including newly licensed Realtors) do more transactions in a month than the majority of Realtors get in a year. We always punch above our weight.This position offers you the freedom from endless door knocking, expensive advertising and intense competition & uncertainty in the feast-famine income roller-coaster of Real Estate.Our team has integrated the newest technology and innovation to exceed client expectations and create a high client return rate. Responsibilities:

  • Connect with leads and clients via phone, text, email and in person.
  • Follow our systems and processes to nurture clients and do high volume sales.
  • Represent buyers and sellers and act in their best interest.
  • Build relationships with new prospective clients.
  • Prepare and attend appointments for buyer (showings) and seller appointments.
  • Support your clients with their home selling/buying experience throughout the entire process.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • No Real Estate experience required! We have a proven track record of training brand new agents to become top producers.
  • Proficient with technology
  • Self-motivated, Self-managed, and Driven by Performance.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, multi tasking & time management.
  • People skills! A desire to succeed and help clients reach their real estate goals.
