You will proactively engage and close potential customers through targeted outreach, phone calls, emails, and video consultations.Your mission at Evirum:
- Collaborate with Business Development to convert qualified prospects into opportunities.
- Create and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using CRM to exceed monthly quotas.
- Accurately forecast against monthly revenue targets.
- Nurture relationships with contacts, conduct discovery calls to understand their needs, and recommend a solution aligned with Evirum services.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales techniques and objection handling.
- Be a leader: act with honesty and integrity, bring a positive attitude, be coachable, eager to learn, and contribute new ideas.
Your DNA for success in this role:
- You are driven by the desire to contribute to an environmental cause with real impact, aligning your sales skills with the company’s sustainable goals.
- You excel in communication and can build strong relationships with prospects and clients, in both French and English.

What you need to succeed in this role:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a full sales cycle with quotas.
- Significant experience in managing client relationships and closing sales, a key asset to support the growth of our business.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential for interacting with colleagues and partners across North America.
