Job Description: We’re looking for Insurance Brokers in the Commercial and Personal Insurance Services industry.Our client is a Top 10 Insurance Agency in Canada with top quality talent and leading-edge technology specializing in building bespoke, fully customized insurance plans for businesses of any size, homes of any type, and professionals of any designation. They are looking for Level 2 Insurance Advisory professionals who will service an established book of business in addition to building their own clientele. This position will be based out of our client’s downtown Vancouver office with some work from home flexibility.Insurance Broker responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing and maintaining a portfolio of complex commercial insurance policies.
• Manages high-value personal lines policies, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions.
• Responds to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Analyzes, counsels, and recommends coverage to clients with the highest level of integrity.
• Ensures adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Provides cross-sell and upsell recommendations to existing clientele.

The successful candidate has:

• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in the insurance industry – commercial and high net value clients.
• Must have your General Insurance License Level 2 (or higher) in British Columbia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals while fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
• High level of integrity and excellent work ethic.
• Experience using EPIC (Broker Management System) considered an asset.

Compensation and benefits:

• The discussed salary range is $50,000-$60,000 plus commission structure based on new business acquired and renewals.
