Job Description: The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall administrative management of the clinic.
This includes overseeing daily office operations, scheduling, patient relations, and ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage a busy office, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and office email.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Patient Relations:
Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and a positive patient experience.
Address and resolve patient complaints or issues, escalating to clinical staff as needed.
Oversee patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up care.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct employee training and onboarding.
Manage staff schedules and handle any staffing issues that arise.
Financial Management:
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and financial record-keeping.
Develop and manage office budget, ensuring cost-effective operation.
Develop and maintain salary or incentive structures for staff.
Compliance and Accreditation:
Ensure all activities and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Prepare for and assist with accreditation or compliance audits.Additional pay:

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or related certification is a plus.
