Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.We seek a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with a strong user experience (UX) design background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and other designers, to create products that look great and provide an exceptional user experience.ResponsibilitiesCreate visually stunning, responsive, user-friendly interfaces and design systems for web and mobile applications with Figma.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed, and autonomous teams, including project managers and software developers, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements and implement and refine designs on 4-week sprints.Conduct user research and usability testing and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.Design and iterate on user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to enhance the user experience.Ensure designs are aligned with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.Participate and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders during shaping and planning.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design and user experience technologies.Experiment with new design tools and techniques to continuously improve the design process and our productivity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product design for web and mobile applications.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Good understanding of web technology constraints; experience working with developers to implement designs.Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with distributed and diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.Can demonstrate substantial autonomy, comfort with decision-making, and an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of web or mobile application designs, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.What we offer:A dynamic and creative company culture, which you will help evolve over timeSalary based on experienceOccasional remote work possible4 weeks of paid vacationA competitive collective insuranceAttractive career opportunitiesEqual opportunities for all, regardless of gender (m/f/x)Creative and brilliant colleaguesLanguage & Inclusivity:The candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English communication skills as day to day business will be done with international clients, including but not limited to the US market / European Market / Asia Pacific / etc.Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture.
