Separately, our Ventures arm is dedicated to researching and incubating moonshot ideas that have the potential to benefit millions–if not billions–of people across the world.About the role:We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM) to join our design thinking and Agile-based product team. As a Sr. PM, you’ll be responsible for working with customers and stakeholders to define a product vision and strategy, build out a prioritized roadmap, and drive hands-on execution with the development team. • Own a portfolio of multiple internal and external products and to take ownership of their success and quality
• Manage large client relationships and confidently navigate their complex ecosystems
• Define product vision, strategies and roadmaps that align business objectives and user needs, collaboratively, with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and translate into actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines
• Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that user feedback and insights are integrated into product decisions
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitoring and analyzing performance data to inform product strategy
• Drive product innovation and differentiation by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and competitive offerings
• Bet the visionary of internal moonshot products that intend to change the world
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
• Inspire product teams to deliver winning products

As an ideal team member you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software or technology products.
• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Established strong external client relationships and bring their needs to the forefront of the work we do
• Outstanding business acumen, and are able to speak the “language of the business”
• A proven track record of making in an impact with products launched and organizations worked for
• Able to play the role of project manager and steer initiatives to completion; on-time and on-budget
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into actionable product strategies
• A deep understanding of product data, both KPIs and metrics, and can clearly articulate meaning to senior leaders
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with lean resources
• Experience with product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, JIRA, and product analytics platforms

Nice-to-haves

• A PMP certification or equivalent
• A background with AI-products, and the ability to leverage AI to bolster output
