With a state-of-the-art production facility, we pride ourselves on our efficient lead times, production capabilities, and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:– Business Development: Actively seek and establish new business opportunities in the U.S. and Canada, particularly engaging with wholesale metal companies and large manufacturers of windows and doors.
– Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting wholesalers and manufacturers, especially along the East Coast, ensuring consistent orders and outstanding customer service.
– Consultant Network Management: Oversee relationships with sales consultants, particularly in Florida, and explore opportunities to expand the sales team through consultants or full-time reps.
– Order Facilitation: Collaborate with production teams for smooth order processing and timely product delivery, ensuring logistics are managed effectively.
– Tariff and Compliance Expertise: Stay updated on U.S. and Canadian tariffs, guiding clients on tariff-related concerns and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
– Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, tonnage capacity, and client satisfaction, ensuring accurate reporting of sales metrics.Qualifications:– Experience in the aluminum industry with an established network particularly in construction, wholesale or window and door manufacturing.
– Sales and business development skills.
– Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
