If you are looking for interesting and challenging work, at a company committed to its people, find out more about what Aviso has to offer at .The Opportunity:We’re looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our Partner and Client Onboarding team.Reporting to the Supervisor, Onboarding, the Onboarding Officer is responsible for supporting all aspects of the onboarding process for new Advisors, problem solving any issues encountered and providing subject matter expertise in the IIROC and MFDA workflows.Who you are:

What your day looks like:

• Partner with Advisors and communicate effectively and ask questions to ensure a smooth onboarding
• Provide guidance, support and education on procedures, forms and practices within the Dataphile system to ensure the Advisor is successful in the onboarding process
• Be the Subject Matter Expert and answer questions that come into the Onboard Team
• Partner internally with other areas of operations and service to ensure that onboarding is done in a timely manner and that concerns are resolved quickly
• Update Onboarding Dashboard on weekly basis to monitor Advisor progress
• Provide additional support for platform transitions, offboarding and other specialized partner support as needed

Requirements:Your experience and skills:

• University Degree or College Diploma preferred
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred
• 2-3 years of financial industry experience in an Operations or Service Center role
• Experience using Dataphile is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with process improvement and documentation
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
