With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.POSITION PURPOSE / OBJECTIVEThe role of the Partner Network Coordinator is to support the day-to-day operations of the Partner Network, including project managing implementations, certifying consultants, bookkeepers and IT partners, and maintaining quality standards to ensure world class implementations. This role will report to Client Delivery Director.IDEAL CANDIDATEHas experience working in Software as a Service and/or the legal sector. Demonstrates strong communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners. Is comfortable with conflict management and can handle complaints by professionally dealing with issues.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Managing the day to day relationship between LEAP and our LEAP Certified Independent Consultants (CICs)
  • Train and assist all external consultants with managing their implementation projects
  • Onboard and certify new CICs
  • Conduct assessments for all internal staff requiring LEAP Certification
  • Ensure that all external consultants meet implementation quality standards
  • Monitor admin quality of external consultants
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc training to CICs when required, including producing and maintaining training videos
  • Visiting clients for reimplementation or additional training following failed implementations
  • Act on feedback from Partner Network Director and other areas of the business with regards to CICs performance.
  • Offer support to SME Implementation Coordinators & CICs on larger implementations
  • Revising Partner Network processes to improve client & consultant experience
  • Maintain LEAP Partner Network (LPN) documentation, policies and procedures (for both LEAP staff and CICs)
  • Preparation of resource and training materials.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (SKILLS REQUIRED)

  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role
  • Experience in Bookkeeping and / or accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of the LEAP product would be considered a benefit, although not essential
