The Centre for Precision Psychiatry is seeking an individual to collaborate on our mental health biobank project. We are collecting clinical and biological data from patients undergoing psychiatric treatment to make them available through open science.General Duties
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the project manager in the collection and dissemination of data. This includes:

• Assisting in the planning and organization of the research project,
• Recruiting and monitoring patients for the study,
• Obtain consent from patients to participate in research projects,
• Conduct standardized clinical interviews with patients,
• Obtain blood samples according to research protocol requirements,
• Ensure the quality of collected biological and clinical data,
• Perform data entry,
• Review patient charts,
• Draft research documents for various audiences (researchers, participants, clinicians, research team),
• Participate in the extraction of clinical-administrative data,
• Maintain good relations with clinicians,
• Perform other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Additional informationStatus: Temporary, full time (35 hours per week)
Pay Scale: $43,316.00 – $80,425.80 Commensurate with education and experience
Work Shift:Variable Schedule
The candidate would work primarily 9 pm to 5 pm weekdays, but would be required to work up to 3.5 daytime weekend hours and 3.5 evening hours per week, as needed. If weekend/evening hours are required, weekday hours would be reduced accordingly.Work Site: Allan Memorial Insitute, 1025 Pine Ave. W.
