They are unique in providing design-intensive services that resolve complex issues such as land-use regulations, regional infrastructure requirements, or community development.Why This Role is Open:This firm is currently looking to grow its interior design department by adding a strong ID to help design and manage projects.Responsibilities:Prepare documentation including detailed layout drawings and schedules.Contribute to project phases while collaborating with internal project teams and external consultants.Produce graphics and 3D visuals for presentations.Prepare contract documents in compliance with building code.Research and present to the team, appropriate furnishings and fixtures that align with projects.Must Haves:5+ years experience working with OBC.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.Strong understanding of FF&E as well as color and material specification.Experience in residential and commercial interiors.Nice-to-Haves:Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Excellent graphic design and visual presentation skills.Registration with NCIDQ or equivalent an asset.Remote/Hybrid/In OfficeAt Axis, we consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, colour, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any characteristic protected by law.
