Job Description: MAINTENANCE- HANDYMAN

• Perform service calls

• Make minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint,

changing lights, various installations, etc.

• Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed

and at the request of the immediate superior.

• Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and

building maintenance

• Responsible for building maintenance inside and out.

• Take out trash and recycling.

• All other related tasks

Requirements

• Essential – Expérience de 1 ans
