We also support business changes, providing End User QA Testing, and supporting clients with application certification.We are seeking one full-time team member to join our growing all-star team. The team is Business Critical, with team members in the heart of Montreal and Toronto’s financial districts. The successful candidate will work full-time from our state-of-the-art Montreal office, located in the new Deloitte Tower, adjacent to the Bell Centre.You’ll be joining our Market Operations team, providing customer support for our Derivatives trading and market data lines of business. The role will primarily cover America’s markets trading hours. The candidate has to be available from 8:00am until 18:00pm. This is a Monday to Friday position except for special events where team member’s presence is required. During periods of absence (vacation, sick/personal days) team members from other shifts will cover the overnight shifts.The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting existing clients and shaping the future of our client base as a contributor to all technology and trading business initiatives. In addition to providing Level One and Level Two support, the team also supports clients with application certification and performing End User QA testing. Our clients are Direct Market Access Vendors, Canadian and Foreign Approved Participants, and Market Data Vendors.Key​ ​Accountabilities:Provide consistently high level customer focused service and act as a positive ambassador for TMX GroupProvide on-going recommendations for process improvement for the team’s work practicesCoordinate customer communications with other teams as requiredGather market intelligence and engage product management with new development ideasMonitor the activity of industry competitors in the territory and summarize to management with recommendations for actionMust Have (s):1 to 3 years of industry experienceUnderstand market operations, industry economics and customer businessKnowledge of Derivative and Equity marketsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCollaborative team player who can work effectively with the business development and technology teamsAbility to work in a fast paced, open environment, with results driven customerBilingual, French and English, spoken and writtenNice to Have(s):Knowledge of Google for workUnderstanding of network fundamentals & IT components/ concepts, including Netscout and Wireshark for level one triageIn the market for…Excitement – Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets!
