Job Description: A structured AML Business Analyst is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the AML Analyst is to assist AML Department in conducting all research required by PCMLTFA as in relates to the Resorts Anti-Money Laundering Program.Reporting to the AML Manager, the AML Business Analyst will work with all operational staff/licensed charity to ensure AML compliance for all portions of the resorts Anti-Money Laundering Program.Responsibilities
- Review AML systems/forms for complete and acceptable information.
- Review alerts generated by AML systems for the purpose of monitoring clients of the Reporting Entity
- Conduct research through any/all databases available to meet our business relationship requirements with AGLC/FINTRAC
- Escalate all identified concerns for further review to AML Management
- Develop good understanding of applicable Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Financing Requirements
- Provide back up coverage or support for the AML Department
- Assist in providing support to all internal and external customers for AML related items
- To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience with required reporting of financial transactions
- Previous experience using different data sources and online data portals
- Have experience in monitoring unusual financial activities.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- CAMS Certification an asset
- Willing to learn the Anti-Terrorist Financing Requirements
- Knowledge of Table Game, Slot or Surveillance Operations an asset
- Communication Skills: Must be adept in reading, writing and comprehension of the English language.
- Must have the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Strong understanding of MS Office and be able to use multiple types of computer programs

This position is to report to work five (5) day per week and if required, may be instructed to work additional time due to any special events that may be occurring at River Cree Resort & Casino.WE OFFER
