Job Description: A Montreal-based company offering voice processing technology solutions is looking for a Service and Technical Support Agent. The successful candidate must be familiar with the Windows environment and the Office suite, understand local network infrastructure and PC components. This position is 100% remote working, allowing for a high degree of autonomy and a variety of tasks.Advantages
