As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll work with Uline customers to resolve account issues and deliver legendary customer support!Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PMPosition ResponsibilitiesHandle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Business degree is an asset.
