Job Description: Responsible house cleaner reqWe are looking for a dedicated and professional Live-In Property Caretaker & Cleaning Specialist to take charge of maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and day-to-day operations of the property. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property management, cleaning, and light maintenance who can handle various responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property, ensuring all areas are well-kept and operational. Perform routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning tasks to maintain high hygiene standards. Manage and supervise cleaning tasks, ensuring all duties are completed to a professional standard. Conduct small-scale repairs and general upkeep (e.g., fixing minor issues, painting, changing light fixtures etc). Prepare meals as required for the household. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with basic administrative tasks. Address any conflicts or issues that arise within the property with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
