Job Description: Job Summary The test lead will be managing a team to support both BAU and project-based test work for cash analytics team. In this role, the candidate will have a chance to not only dive into market risk area but also get exposure to the new initiatives such as AI and ML. The candidate will lead in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Cash Analytics Service (CAS) team is a fast-growing team undertaking multiple capital market wide initiatives to handle central risks, pricing and analytics for cash products serving clients in front office, finance, and market risk group. The QA lead will be managing a team to support both BAU and project-based test work. In this role, the candidate will have a chance to not only dive into market risk area but also get exposure to the new initiatives such as AI and ML.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Manage a QA team with 3-4 members and coach junior QAsSupervise QA team to build a robust release framework to ensure good test coverages by performing various types of tests, examples are functional, regression, negative and performance testActively work with BA and Dev team to understand new requirements and system functionalitiesBuild test strategy, test plan, test center and test cases in both manual and automation basesBe responsible for supporting multi-tasks and delivering high quality test results on timeAlways look for improvementsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:5+ year experience as a lead or similar role in capital market of managing a QA team to deliver high-quality work by deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skills.
