- Review and prioritize incoming work orders based on urgency, location, and field engineer availability
- Optimize field engineer schedules to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency
- Maintain central point of contact responsibilities to ensure field engineers have the necessary tools, equipment, and information for each job
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and develop detailed scopes of work for each project; review and approve vendor-submitted scopes of work to ensure they meet company standards
- Adhere to company protocols while maintaining core internal processes documentation
- Tracking project progress and collaborating with leadership for updates and direction
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience within field engineering processes
- Strong coordination, scheduling, and documentation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication
- Highly organized
- General knowledge of low voltage cert (LVD Cert), or experience in network support
- General knowledge of installation, break/fix experience
- Strong documentation creation and management, administrative skills, and building documentation for processes taken
- Associate’s degree in IT-related field
Pluses:
- Customer service experience
- M&A experience, understanding of M&A processes
- A+ Certification
- QA for documentation created by the team
