Job Description: Oracle Peoplesoft Technical Analyst – Contract – 17673About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Technical resource to support the organization in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of PeopleSoft applications. They will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and customizations. Responsibilities include system upgrades, performance tuning, interface development, and ensuring the overall optimization of the PeopleSoft platform.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain custom modules and enhancements in PeopleSoft applications.
• Provide technical support for PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with functional teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of system security, data management, and automation processes.
• Provide technical expertise in reporting, analytics, and data extraction.
• Document all technical processes and provide training or knowledge transfer to team members.

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and SQL.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to develop interfaces using Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript) and integration tools.
• Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server) and performance tuning.
