Job Description: Job Title: Receptionist (Complete accountability of First Impressions)At Durabuilt Windows and Doors, we believe that the first interaction sets the tone for the entire customer experience. As our Receptionist, you will be more than the face of our company—you will be the gateway to the exceptional service and high-quality products we provide. This role is pivotal to ensuring that every client, whether visiting in person or calling in, feels welcomed and valued.Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Be the warm, professional, and friendly face of Durabuilt, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with the highest standard of customer care.
- First Impressions: Ensure every client feels seen, heard, and directed to the right person or resource, whether they’re visiting the showroom, calling, or emailing.
- Customer Journey Support: Actively engage with visitors by introducing them to our range of products, providing basic product knowledge, and directing them to appropriate sales or service team members for deeper assistance.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage front desk operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, managing appointments, and other administrative duties that support office efficiency.
- Showroom & Bistro Upkeep: Ensure that the Durabuilt showroom, as well as the bistro/coffee area, are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and staff.
- Learning Opportunity: Gain exposure to our product range and business operations, allowing you to provide more informed assistance and offer opportunities for career growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help optimize customer visits and provide seamless transitions for inquiries and showroom visits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-Focused: A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and eager to learn.
