Your role will focus on ensuring smooth delivery of day to day operations, assisting with vendor coordination, and supporting communication between various stakeholders on site.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Scheduling and coordinating vendor activities and site inspectionsMaintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, service requests, and site activitiesAssisting in the preparation of basic reports on site operations and vendor performanceResponding to routine inquiries from staff, vendors, and clientsSupporting the implementation of site procedures and protocolsHelping to organize and maintain site documentation and operational manualsAssisting in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)Coordinating site meetings and helping to prepare relevant materialsDesired experience and technical skills:Requirements:0-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyBasic understanding of customer service principlesPreferred:Experience in a facilities management or property management environmentFamiliarity with vendor management conceptsBasic knowledge of building operations and maintenanceExperience with data entry and database managementUnderstanding of health and safety practices in a workplace settingExposure to scheduling and coordination softwareLocation:On-site –Toronto, ONIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
