Job Description: Are you looking for a telecommuting job in technical support?Join our growing team of bilingual technical support agents at our client, a global leader in business technical support solutions.What we offer:- Mandate that can last a maximum period of 12 months with one of the largest IT companies in the world- Employment 40 hours per week- Schedule from Saturday to Wednesday (day off during the week) variable on a day and evening rotation basis, 7 days/7 days (new schedule every 6-8 weeks),- Teleworking role- $24/hour.What does the position involve?- Diagnose technical problems of business users (password, connection, internet, cellular, networks, printers, etc.),- Investigate the problem by following established procedures,- Document the resolution steps using the ‘ticket’ tool,- Solve the user’s IT problemWhat strengths do you bring to this position?- Experience or study in technical support (VPN, internet, Windows, printer, IP telephony),- French and English bilingualism (support offered across Canada),- Experience in a call center environment,- Comfortable working on rotating schedules.- Your patience and ability to explain complex concepts to a client.Do you love customer contact and enjoy finding solutions to a problem?This post is you for you!
