Job Description: Job Description:HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days onsite and commences April 2, 2024Deliverable:Setup and maintain automation rules with various mainframe tools, optimize z/OS and SMS storage configurations and storage pools, conduct large scal complex recovery for multi jurisdiction services, analysis of capacity management and performance patterns, development of assembler code and program access methods, lead diagnostics and fixes, advanced tier IV data centre mainframe skills for high availability solutions.Responsibilities:Expert level z/OS and Mainframe tools, experienced in system integration, upgrades and implementations for large scale roll out and deployments. ITIL experienced in Incident, Change and Problem Management along with working with a Configuration Management Database, software quality assurance and testing, project management, knowledge transfer, IT security, technology architecture.SkillsExperience and Skill Set RequirementsEvaluation Breakdown1. Enterprise Tier 4 Mainframe Software Currency experience – 30%Parameters:

• 10+ years experience providing operational oversight and support to the mainframe infrastructure to ensure software currency and operability.
• Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of modern Data Centre service models combined with a solid background in contemporary Data Centre approaches.

2. Recent Mainframe experience related to maintaining Mainframe software currency – 10%Parameters: Within 3 Years.3. Documentation and Communication Skills – 15%Parameters:

• Demonstrated experience in incident/change/problem management activities and communicating with customers.
• Demonstrated ability with verbal and written communication skills including documentation creation.

4. Problem-Solving and Analysis – 15%Parameters:Demonstrated experience solving complex Mainframe platform support issues and providing risks/benefits analysis.
