It’s our employee promise.Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Ready to make your mark?About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Project Manager to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex Artificial Intelligence projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of AI projects.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Report and escalate issues to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with the Hong Kong Data Lab team and third parties/vendors.Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector, specifically in AI or machine learning projects.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, data engineering, and AI technologies.Willingness to operate on an atypical schedule (2 times a week) to collaborate with teams located in Hong Kong.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.PMP certification is a plus.Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.Proficiency in project management software tools.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.Preferred Skills and Additional Requirements:Experience with Generative AI technologies and applications.Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver AI projects with significant data requirements.Knowledge of ethical considerations and data privacy regulations related to AI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to mentor and guide team members in AI project methodologies and best practices.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you’ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
