Job Description: Job Description:Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals.Our Not-for-Profit client seeks an Accountant for a two to three-week contract. In this role you will support general accounting in a small team in a high-volume environment.The accountant’s duties will include:· Preparing invoices· Posting of accounts payable and receivable· Preparing refunds· Posting of A/R and A/P sub-ledgers to general ledger.· Review and follow-up of outstanding receivables and payables· preparing and posting journal entries as required· Other duties as requiresRequirements:The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:· Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Understanding of Not-for-Profit accounting practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency with Sage 100 a strong asset
• Ability to perform the required duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision
