Job Description: We are currently seeking Bilingual Claims Agents to join our team in Ottawa!Are you looking for a job that has a meaningful impact helping members who serve our country with their claims from their moving/relocation needs?Do you have experience in Claims?If you have experience in a call center or a fast-paced customer service environment?If you answered yes, this opportunity is for you!In this role, you will provide outstanding service to customers through phone and email, ensuring their claims are processed efficiently and professionally.Advantages

– Inbound & outbound calls in a tactful and professional manner
– Assist clients with their submitted claims
– Process and verify claims, following the guidelines/procedures
– Expedite emergency claims and situations whenever prudent
– Math will be required
– Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a great customer experienceQualifications
– Bilingualism in French and English (Mandatory)
– Must have previous customer service experience (call center strongly preferred)
– Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
– Knowledge of real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking would be an asset
– Experience processing claims would be strongly preferred
– High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
– Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearanceSummary
