Visit cpkcr.com to learn about the CPKC advantage, our purpose and culture.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:This position is a fixed term role for 7 months and is responsible for the client data entry process to revenue systems and accountable for ensuring timely data capture. This position through several Controls and adherence to policies; audits the accuracy of billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems. Receives a high-moderate level of guidance and direction. Provides progress status and tracking of work to leadership.This position can be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba or Kansas City, Missouri.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Client data entry to the CPKC systems – rates
  • Ensure that the Client Commercial Agreement and conditions is accurately captured
  • Ensure adherence to different Internal company policies, controls and External regulations.
  • Provide supporting information and tracking of work to leadership
  • Tasks not mentioned may still be required if they are similar, related, or crucial to the job

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Skilled in using Office software, particularly Excel, and SAP
  • Three years of experience in railroad transportation is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
