Job Description: Team Profile
The Human Resources Project/Program Management function is responsible for centralized oversight, coordination and delivery of large scale divisional projects and initiatives, including prioritization; resource and financial capacity management; risk identification and mitigation; governance and alignment to business goals and defined project standards.Specific Responsibilities include:
– Proactively manage full life cycle of complex cross-functional projects to deliver them in-scope, on-time and on-budget
– Develop detailed project plans with realistic, achievable goals, defined actions and milestones
– Ensure visibility to the project progress, milestones, and performance across all projects
– Leverage project management principles and methodologies to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks, ensure quality results
– Utilize an objective, transparent, fact-based perspective to proactively recommend opportunities of improvement to senior stakeholders
– Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, change management and communication partners to actively gather input, or solicit and address feedback.
– Oversee and develop project budgets, schedules, works plans, resource requirements, cost estimates and projectionsDesired Qualifications
– Experience in driving and leading large-scale projects
– University degree and 7+ years Project Management experience
– Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills
– Advanced proficiency in various project management methodologies, especially Agile methodologies.
– Ability to integrate project management discipline into a product management type of organization structure.
– Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels.
– Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
– Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
– Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
– Experience in managing Human Resources projects would be desired.
– MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.*//
