Job Description: Commercial Account ManagerOur client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the Commercial Insurance Account Executive. • Assist the Commercial Insurance Account Executive with daily tasks
• Provide customers with prompt service, advice, and guidance on their insurance needs
• Process incoming commercial insurance paperwork and ensure accuracy
• Assist with quotes, review existing coverage, and update client files as needed
• Prepare documentation for insurers, complete new client applications, and issue insurance certificates
• Manage endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
• Negotiate with underwriters on clients’ behalf and communicate with insurance companies on renewals and claims
• Obtain and provide additional information requested by underwriters to complete applications

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
• Experience in commercial insurance is an asset
• Level 2 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with Epic (an asset but not required)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
