The Data Analyst is responsible for planning and executing Business User Acceptance Testing and acting as a technical resource between the business and data migration team.What you will be doing:Plan and execute Business User Acceptance Testing for solution delivery and data migration.Act as a technical liaison between business units and the data migration team.Assist with data mapping and ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with mapping and ETL data migration teams.Provide 2nd line support for issues from data transfers.What you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration projects, especially ERP implementationsExpertise in data migration, cleansing, and integration.Experience with databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server, and tools like SSMS and Azure DevOps.Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Technical expertise in data models, ETL development, and SQL.Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and project management software.Knowledge of business process mapping and technical solution training.Effective communication and collaboration within project teams and with stakeholders.Ability to build trusting relationships and handle sensitive situations with integrity.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
