The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across the organization and will leverage their leadership skills to make effective decisions regarding company finances.Responsibilities:

• Utilize a hands-on leadership approach to manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Implement effective strategies and financial models
• Deliver on financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Work closely with senior management on business strategy
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards
• Track and maintain financial KPIs

Requirements:

• CPA Designation with a minimum of 2+ years post designation experience is required
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably with leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
