From ongoing training and development programs to experiences working with our global financial services partners, you’ll be able to realize your full potential.Role OverviewThe Research Analyst is responsible for analyzing information, records and documentation pertaining to the administration of QESI to file accurate information with MRQ. They will also be responsible for ensuring the completion of the special QESI project and cleanup of all of the outstanding MRQ records along with all error reports are reviewed, updated, and filed within the appropriate timelines.Role Responsibilities

  • Completion of a special QESI project of the outstanding MRQ records on a timely manner
  • Ideal candidate would have over 5+ years of experience working with RESP account setup, transactions and/or government filing
  • Research, analyze information and documentation pertaining to QESI records
  • Update accounts with required amendments on IFAST Desktop and file with MRQ following the deadlines
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing records are filed with accuracy and all error reports are reviewed within service level

Complete QESI project and cleanup all outstanding records coordinating with MRQMinimum QualificationsWork Experience / Knowledge:

  • Extensive RESP and QESI knowledge
  • Over 5+ years of QESI experience

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Bilingual is an asset French/English
  • Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
  • Good time management and organizational skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Extremely dedicated, organized and team oriented
  • Strong ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to think creatively, open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions
  • A well-developed ability to work alone efficiently, effectively and to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
