Job Type: Full-time, 14-month contractAbout the Role:We are looking for an adaptable, tech-savvy HR/Operations Specialist to join our client for a 14-month contract.In this dynamic role, you’ll support key HR functions including employment law, benefits administration, learning and development, and employee relations. – Coordinate IT support and manage projects with external providers
– Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
– Be a key resource for employees, fostering a respectful and supportive environmentQualifications:– At least 4 years of experience in HR operations or related roles
– Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law
– Tech-savvy with IT troubleshooting
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
– Able to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
