Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely and efficient repairs on tools, enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a tool.
• Maintain superior technical knowledge through continuous professional development.
• Conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to ensure customer safety.
• Assist in maintaining adequate parts inventory and ensuring best-in-class repair service.
• Provide data and feedback for quality and safety improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Work Environment & Safety

• Work in a workshop environment subject to varying conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Wear required safety gear including steel toe boots, safety glasses, and vests.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.
• Familiarity with Windows applications is preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience require
