Job Description: Brand Momentum is looking for Team Lead Brand Ambassador/Promo Model in Vancouver for one of our clients (Batiste).Overview: We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Team Lead (BA) to join our team for the upcoming Altea Active Activation in Vancouver, BC. The team will engage gym-goers in the lobby, offering product demos before they head to their workout classes, giving them the opportunity to experience the product firsthand. The main responsibilities will include distributing samples and conducting product demonstrations.Location: Altea Active: 425 W 6th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1L3TL Rate: Starting at $25/HRDate and Time: October 17th – October 22nd ( Total of 6 days)As the TL, the total shift time will be Total shift time will be 1pm-9pm on weekdays and 7:00am-3:00pm on weekendsTL Van pick up and drop off: Oct 16th and Oct 23rdMust be available for virtual orientation – Orientation will last 1-1.5 hours.Key Responsibilities:

• Product Sampling: Distribute samples of our product/service to students in high-traffic areas around campus, such as the student union, dormitories, and popular hangout spots.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring that all interactions are positive and align with the company’s image and values.
• Engagement: Initiate conversations with students, answer any questions they may have, and provide information about the product/service.
• Event Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute creative sampling events that generate buzz and excitement.
• Data Collection: Gather feedback from students about their experience with the product/service and report back to the marketing team.
• Social Media Promotion: Encourage students to share their experiences on social media, and actively participate in online brand campaigns.
• Logistics Management: Ensure that all materials and samples are well-organized, and that events run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND ABLE TO DRIVE A CARGO VAN
• Outgoing Personality: Comfortable approaching and engaging with people in a variety of settings.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ways to present the product/service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the brand message clearly.
• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Campus: Knowledge of the campus layout and student culture is a plus.
• Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Working Conditions:

• This role requires walking, standing, and moving around campus for extended periods.
• The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
