Job Description: As City Manager, you are the lead representatives for Knocks in our deployment city. You work closely with our client to deliver on their engagement needs. Knocks believes in providing a fun, welcoming, flexible, and always energetic work environment. As city manager, your number one job will be to facilitate that type of work environment through directly engaging with Knockers and leading by example.Knocks is a community relations company specializing in door-to-door public engagement and consultation. We deliver the original way people engaged with communities. We are Canada’s door-knocking company.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead all teams across your responsible city to conduct door-to-door.
- Conduct training of new knockers during scheduled shifts.
- Consider yourself Knock’s local point person for our clients.
- Collect and distribute new material from our client.
- Prepare, pack, and distribute team leader backpacks.
- Help with the planning of polls and building of teams.

Job Requirements:
- Able to walk 5+ kilometres in rain or shine.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented – record information accurately.
- Work well in a team and in changing conditions.
- Open to working with diverse types of clients and goals.
- Multilingual is an asset but not necessary.
- Access to a smartphone and laptop.
