Job Description: Commercial Account ManagerOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a medium to large book of business that spans various industries, including auto fleets.You will be working alongside an experienced account manager, with excellent opportunities for mentorship and learning from both the account manager and producer.The OpportunityAs a Commercial Account Manager, you will build strong client relationships and provide excellent service by addressing client inquiries, handling policy and coverage details, and working closely with a team of producers and account managers. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive success in managing a diverse book of business.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a general book of business with clients across multiple sectors, including auto fleets
• Support and build strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving
• Work closely with the team to ensure clients’ needs are met and that the book of business is managed efficiently
• Collaborate with other account managers and producers to enhance client service and team performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
• Knowledge of Alberta auto insurance is beneficial but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency with windows-based computer systems
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a team-focused mindset
