– Opportunities to grow and advanceWhat You’ll Be Doing:– Accounts Receivable: Handle deposits, billing, and invoice follow-ups with the AR clerk.
– Accounts Payable: Reconcile payments, process invoices, and prep docs for cheque signatures.
– Inventory Management: Keep records up to date and ensure accurate inventory control.
– Balance Sheet Analysis: Dive into detailed account balance reviews.
– Journal Entries: Prepare and enter those key entries.
– Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile national campaign revenues and whip up complex Excel reports.
– Bank Reconciliation: Manage multiple accounts and ensure everything matches up.
– Cash Flow Reporting: Prepare daily cash flow reports and other important reconciliations.
– Other Tasks: Whatever else comes up!What You’ll Bring:– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Expertise in bank reconciliations.
– Advanced Excel skills and experience with AccPac (must-have).
– Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
