Job Description: Manager, Fund & FellowshipAlberta Innovates is seeking a Manager, Fund & Fellowship to join our Accelerators team. This role is a critical part of the Alberta Scaleup and Growth Accelerator Program (the Scaleup GAP ) team, responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating and continuously improving Fellowship alumni activities to support Alberta companies to scale and grow.This is a full-time term position until March 26, 2027.Are you our next Manager of Fund & Fellowship? Here’s some more information about the position:Job DetailsThis role is responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving Fellowship alumni activities to support Alberta companies to scale and grow.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Alumni Network Management: Oversee and enhance the Scaleup GAP alumni network, fostering connections and collaboration among Alberta company program graduates.
• Ecosystem Convening and Network Development: Facilitate events, workshops, and partnerships to strengthen Scaleup GAP alumni connections within the Alberta entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Scaleup GAP Team Support: Work closely with the Scaleup GAP team to provide strategic guidance and operational support.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Social Sciences, Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of entrepreneurial support, program design, management, and continuous quality improvement experience.
• Experience in working with entrepreneurs, accelerator staff, investors, industry, senior technical and management professionals from government, industry, and other stakeholders.
• Experience planning and coordinating events.
• Entrepreneurial coaching experience
• Experience building effective impact focused collaborative frameworks with contractual and ecosystem partners
