I am lactose intolerant. I do have a dog, so please be aware that he will be in the apartment. Your responsibility would be to devise a menu of 5-7 dishes to cook for the week. These would primarily be lunches and dinners with maybe one breakfast. Each dish should last for multiple meals. These would then be cooked either on one day for the week or you would come twice.
