Job Description: Job Title: Investigation and Learning CoordinatorJob DescriptionOur client is an upstream operator who is currently looking for an investigation and learning coordinator to join their team as an SME Lead investigator. This individual will be a technical expert, and the person who holds the process around how investigations happen. They will be responsible for interviewing individuals following incidents, understanding process safety programs, driving an action management program, verifying analytics, and following up after investigations are complete. They will provide technical guidance and assistance on process safety management and other HSE related matters. Our Client has an 80-day cycle for investigations, so this person will need to manage multiple investigations at different stages.Hard Skills

Typically, work from home on Mondays and half days on Fridays. Some flexibility in schedule required due to working with counterparts in Kuala Lumpur, which may involve early mornings or evenings.
