Job Description: Job Description:Our client, a distinguished software development company specializing in robust educational technology solutions, is seeking an experienced, PMP certified Software Development Project Manager well-versed in Agile methodologies.Note: This position requires the successful candidate to work on-site 5 days a week. Job Summary:As a Software Development Project Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in leading, planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of our software development projects. By facilitating Agile methodologies and collaboration, you will manage multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead software development projects from initiation to implementation.
• Facilitate Agile methodology-driven activities such as scrum meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, introducing mitigation strategies when necessary.
• Prioritize tasks based on product goals to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule.
• Ensure clear and timely communication within the team and with stakeholders, presenting project progress, goals, and potential obstacles.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improving project management processes and tools.

Requirements:Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager or similar leadership role.
• PMP certification is required.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with project management tools, preferably JIRA.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
